Returns & Replacements
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not pleased with the merchandise that you receive, or you have simply changed your mind, we will provide you with a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please take a few minutes to read the following guidelines and instructions to make sure this is processed correctly. Before returning the items make sure to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization number.
You Must Contact Us to Make Arrangements for Return
- Email email@example.com - With your name, order number and reason for return.
- Tires must not be driven on or mounted on wheels.
- Wheels must not have been driven on or had tires mounted on them.
- Merchandise must be properly packaged.
- Please do not ship via the U.S. Postal Service.
- For your protection, it is recommended that the merchandise be insured during shipping.
- Please make sure the return address is clearly written on the package and the label.
Once we receive the items and verify the condition we will issue you a refund within 2 business days. Note that it can up to 7 days after the refund is issued for your financial institution to process the refund and have it reflect on your statement.
Credit amount will be calculated as follows:
Credit less all freight costs incurred or 20% re-stocking fee. Special order items are not returnable (including shaved or studded tires).
